Refund policy

Every piece is one of a kind and hand-painted, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your piece arrives damaged in transit, please email naqshbyumara@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will make it right with a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Local pickup orders are inspected together at handoff. This policy is part of our commitment to one-of-a-kind, hand-painted work.
