Vase #16

A wide, low-shouldered vase, textured and painted light blue with a stone-like finish. Gold calligraphy circles the whole body in large, confident strokes: the Names of Allah, written in Arabic, wrapping the piece from side to side. The lettering catches the light where the gold sits thickest against the pale surface.

At 5.5 inches tall and 10 inches wide, it holds a lot of script without feeling crowded.
